How We Build Custom Industrial Carts for Your Business
Assessment. Your project begins with a dedicated sales representative who gathers information and evaluates your needs through a discussion or virtual site visit. An optional in-person visit can also reveal opportunities to improve your material-handling efficiency.
Drawings. After the initial assessment, we work with you to define priorities, product needs, and budget targets. Within one to two weeks, you will receive a preliminary drawing and cost estimate for review. Once you approve the concept, our team creates a detailed 3D CAD model with updated pricing. We then schedule a virtual review meeting to finalize the design and confirm all project details.
Prototype. Once the digital design is approved, we manufacture a physical prototype of your custom cart. We deliver this physical model straight to your facility so your team can test it in your actual environment, validating its performance under real-world workflow conditions.
Production. Upon final approval of the prototype, your custom material handling equipment moves into production. We manufacture the final optimized carts to your exact technical specifications and deliver them ready for your workflow.
