Cannon Equipment’s leadership team is made up of professionals that are experts in their field, with varying backgrounds and strengths. These individuals are dedicated to developing mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers, internally and externally.
Dan Rosa – Business Unit Manager, Material Handling Technologies
Dan Rosa began his career with Cannon Equipment in 1991 as a CannonCart® Sales Representative, but as Cannon Equipments expertise in automated machinery grew, so did Dan’s interest in that side of the business. An opportunity came along for Dan to move into to a new position as a sales rep for the automated machinery group and since then Dan has been an integral member of that team. Recently Dan accepted the position of Business Unit Manager for the Material Handling Technologies segment. His knowledge of the industry and of Cannon Equipment machines and capabilities makes Dan an invaluable member of the leadership team.
Jeff Stutz – Director of Sales, Closed Loop Solutions
Jeff began his career with Cannon Equipment as a temporary employee in the shipping department at the Chattanooga, TN. facility. In November of 2000, he accepted a full time position with us as an Accounting Assistant. From there, Jeff has taken on roles of added responsibility, excelling as a Director of both our Customer Service and Cart Sales Teams. Most recently Jeff has expanded his experience to include Sales Director of the Closed Loop Solutions segment. Jeff has a B.A. degree in English from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Shane Beaudin – General Manager, Closed Loop Solutions
Shane joined Cannon Equipment in April of 2008 in the role of Director, Supply Chain Management, and has taken on additional responsibilities as needed. In July 2012 Shane accepted the position of General Manager, Machinery Division and was responsible for overseeing our Rosemount, MN manufacturing facility operations and processes. Recently, Shane accepted the position of General Manager of the Closed Loop Solutions segment. Shane formerly held positions at Deluxe Corporation where he was the Commodity Manager responsible for managing more than $120m in annual spend. Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, University of MN, Duluth, with majors in Communications and Economics.
John Evans – Director, HR and Safety
John joined Cannon Equipment as its HR Director in May 2012 and brings a wealth of HR experience and skills from his broad generalist roles across diverse industries, countries and cultures. These include supporting manufacturing operations in Canada, Mexico, USA and Europe in such industries as aerospace, medical device, construction and specialty chemicals. Experience from his native UK includes partnering with leaders and employees in an engineering research facility of the nationalized electricity utility, British Petroleum’s global research center and both the back-office and customer-facing functions of Lloyds Bank. John is SPHR and GPHR (Senior and Global Professional in Humans Resources) certified and has a green belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Robyn Walker – Vice President, Finance and IT
Robyn joined Cannon Equipment in August of 2012 as Director of our IT department following her previous contract work with us and was appointed VP of Finance, IT and Supply Chain in September 2013. Robyn has more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing strategy, processes, accounting and supply chain. She brings a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge of our systems and operations, plus an external perspective from her work with other organizations, including Vice President of Synchrono, a software company offering manufacturers scheduling software, and Larsen, Allen & Weishair, a management and financial services company. Robyn has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, with a major in Accounting, from Purdue University, was previously a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and is a member of APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and also the Project Management Institute.
