Position: Key Account Representative – JC Penney
Location: Cannon Equipment - Rosemount
Reports to: National Account Manager
Function: Communicates with assigned JC Penney account customers by phone and/or email concerning order placement, production timelines and coordination by store location regarding new store installations, retrofit programs, remodels and maintenance parts. Provides product quotations, enters JC Penney orders, communicates delivery status and resolves issues. Process follow-up punch list items with each JC Penney store location. Processes all warranty information on lamps and ballasts following each JC Penney store location installation. Manages 4 build cycles per year inventory levels, status levels and reports. Handles invoice questions or issues on a per store basis. Maintains contract, pricing, and inventory reports. Participates in managing ongoing value engineering, cost analysis, and product design evaluation. Ability to accurately process store “take-offs” from retail blue prints and store plans.
Requirements: High School Diploma with minimum of 5 years proven Customer Service experience or College Degree with 0-3 years experience. Successful prior assignments in Account Services, FEM/Contract Billing and/or equivalent experience
