Cost Share
The average Front-End fixture is about 480 linear inches. That’s 480 linear inches,
with an average of 200 SKU’s that can bring you increased profits year after year
and are prime retail real estate! Real estate that Gum/Confection, General Merchandise,
Beverage, Magazine, and Snack brand owners and producers are willing to purchase
in order to get their products into the hands of their customers.
These “participants” pay for their space on each fixture (depending on the size
of the retailer), and Cannon Equipment manages each participant, their space allocation,
and space cost billing.
We provide assistance in the following areas –
- Project Support & Coordination including
time-line planning, assistance with vendor meetings and cost-share negotiations,
establishing business cases for negotiating higher income, and assistance with roll-out
coordination
- Financial Modeling & Reporting including
accounting for the financial impact of various fixture designs, various merchandising
combinations & space allocations, and rotation sequencing & mix, also cost-share
reporting and profit center Performa.
- Conditional Tests & Statistical Analysis
including comparative analysis: this-year versus last-year, control versus test,
measuring sales, gross margin $, cost-share $ and contribution rates
- Test Modules available in space
allocation (through design and rotation), and itemization / product mix
