Chuck Gruber - President
Chuck joined Cannon Equipment in July, 2007 with over 25 years of strategic Management, Business and Manufacturing experience. Chuck comes to us after leading GAF’s Specialty Products Division for 3 years. Prior to that he held a founding role in a logistics company and global supply chain consortium jointly owned by 22 chemical companies. Chuck began his career with Rohm & Haas and during his 20 year tenure there progressed through positions of increasing authority in Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain and Business Management. Chuck has a B.S. Degree Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing from Temple University.
Jerry Otto - Vice President, POP and FEM Sales
Jerry joined Cannon Equipment in March 2006 as a Distribution Sales Manager. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales for the POP and FEM commercial business units in September 2007. Before joining Cannon Equipment, he had over 15 years experience including senior sales and marketing positions with Jostens, Stylmark, and Hanover Accessories. Jerry earned a B.S. degree in Marketing from the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
Pat Geraghty - Director, Carts Product Line
Pat has been with Cannon Equipment over 20 years (1/1/89), joining the company as a Design Engineer in the Automation Division. Pat has held a number of other positions with Cannon, including Sales Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Director of Print Technologies, before taking the role of Vice President, Carts and Machinery. Prior to joining Cannon, Pat was a Small Business Owner in the Retail Industry for over 10 years. Pat has a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Minnesota.
Jeff Stutz – Director, Inside Sales
Jeff began his career with Cannon Equipment as a temporary employee in the shipping department at the Chattanooga, TN. facility. In November of 2000, he accepted a position with the company as an Accounting Assistant. In 2002, Jeff accepted a promotion to serve as Customer Service Manager at Cannon Equipment Southeast. He has since worked for the company as a Project Leader (2004-2006) and as a Cart Sales Representative (2006-2008). In May of 2008, Jeff was promoted to Director of Customer Service for the company. Prior to joining Cannon Equipment, Jeff held a management position with Office Team, a temporary staffing firm, and a sales position with NCH Corporation. Jeff has a B.A. degree in English from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Kenny Ramsey - Vice President, Marketing & NPD
Kenny joined Cannon Equipment in September 2008 with over 19 years of marketing and new product development experience. Kenny comes to us after leading the retail marketing efforts at an industry leading lighting manufacturer for over 10 years. Prior to that he held marketing positions at a building supply company and heavy construction equipment manufacturer. Kenny started his career at Caterpillar Inc as a marketing representative, and moved through a number of product management, and senior level product management roles in his tenure at Clopay Corporation and Regent Lighting, and in 1998 was promoted to Director of Marketing to lead all retail marketing efforts. Regent Lighting was acquired by Cooper industries in 1999. Kenny graduated Cum Laude with a B.S Degree in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing from Virginia State University, and has attended several leadership programs, most recently Cooper Industries Leadership development program at Rice University. Kenny also attended the course “Cost Management Strategies for improving profitability” at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University while at Clopay.
Jason Pitts - Vice President, Finance
Jason joined Cannon Equipment in February 2009.
Prior to Joining Cannon Equipment Jason held the position of Director of Finance for the Test and Measurement division within Sensing and Controls at Honeywell International. Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and solid experience in driving change and process improvements.
While at Honeywell, Jason provided strong financial leadership in several areas of the business, including revenue growth, margin band analysis, pricing, and overall P&L ownership. Jason was also instrumental in negotiating sales contracts and programs, partnering with operations to achieve on-going value engineering and factory productivity. Jason has an extensive background in plant factory controllership and business development, specifically with mergers and acquisitions. Jason holds an MBA from Arizona State University, is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Tina Atwell – Vice President, Human Relations
Tina joined Cannon Equipment in December 2008.
Prior to joining Cannon Equipment Tina was responsible for Human Resources at Washington DC-based AgustaWestlandBell, LLC, a major subcontractor on the Marine One Presidential Helicopter Program. Previously she has held the positions of HR Director on the Comanche Program at Sikorsky Aircraft, and SR HR Generalist at America Online where she worked for the CFO organization. Tina has been recognized as a subject matter expert in the area of human resources and employment policy and has been instrumental in shaping the HR function and governance of multiple international companies.
Tina holds a Masters Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
Steve Lee - Vice President, Sales
Prior to joining Cannon Equipment Steve was Global General Manager at The Dow Chemical Company, a leader in the production of plastics, chemicals, hydrocarbons, and agrochemicals based in Midland, Michigan, where he led the Personal Care Division, a $60m business with employees in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Steve was headquartered out Philadelphia, PA and lives in that area. Steve holds an MBA in Marketing from The University of Michigan and a BS in Applied Engineering from Michigan State University. Previously he has held positions in sales and marketing at Hickory Farms, Sara Lee Corporation, and The Clorox Company.
